Dubai has officially welcomed a new retail destination with the opening of Nad Al Sheba Mall, a community-focused shopping hub developed by Dubai Holding Asset Management.
Spanning 500,000 square feet, the mixed-use mall features more than 100 outlets across fitness, fashion, dining, healthcare, and entertainment. It also houses upscale wellness facilities including a rooftop gym, swimming pool, and padel courts, designed to attract both residents and nearby school communities.
Strategically located within a growing residential area, the mall offers over 900 parking spaces and a design that merges indoor and outdoor experiences for a seamless shopping and leisure visit.
“Nad Al Sheba Mall exemplifies our commitment to community-centric retail experiences,” said Fareed Abdelrahman, Managing Director of Retail Destinations at Dubai Holding Asset Management. “It’s a place that meets everyday needs while supporting business growth in a dynamic market.”
The launch follows Dubai’s broader push to elevate its retail landscape, including recent announcements such as the Dh5-billion expansion of Mall of the Emirates.
