Saudi Arabia launches digital platform for Hajj 2025 permits

Saudi Arabia has unveiled a new digital service that allows pilgrims and Hajj workers to access all their official permits for Hajj 2025 through the Tawakkalna app. The service is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to streamline the pilgrimage experience.

The newly launched service is connected to the “Tasreeh” platform, developed by the Saudi Ministry of Interior in collaboration with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority. This unified digital platform centralizes all Hajj-related permits, making it easier for both domestic and international pilgrims to access the necessary authorizations for entering Mecca and other holy sites.

The platform, which is also integrated with the Ministry of Hajj’s “Nusuk” platform, covers various types of permits, including those for Hajj workers, volunteers, and vehicles transporting pilgrims. Saudi authorities believe the initiative will ensure a smoother, more secure pilgrimage experience for millions of worshippers.
