Filipino content creator Abi Marquez, fondly known as the “Lumpia Queen,” continues to make waves globally after being named Best Food Blogger at the 2025 World Influencers and Bloggers Awards (WIBA) held in Cannes, France.
Marquez proudly took to Facebook to celebrate her win, posting a selfie with her WIBA trophy and the caption, “OMG guys nanalo ako,” expressing the overwhelming joy of her latest milestone.
True to her creative roots, the food influencer graced the red carpet in a custom red Filipiniana by Jo Rubio, creatively inspired by Pinoy spaghetti. The look was complete with playful details—spaghetti-themed nail art, a pasta box handbag, and “Kain Tayo” emblazoned on her gown’s train.
“Bringing the heart of Filipino creativity and food to a global stage!” she declared.
The WIBA is held annually alongside the Cannes Film Festival and honors top digital voices from around the world in fields such as fashion, travel, lifestyle, and food.
Abi’s win is just the latest in a string of recognitions. This May, she was nominated at the 17th Shorty Awards for TikTok Presence, following two nominations at the 2025 Webby Awards in April—including one decided by public vote. Last year, she was shortlisted for the James Beard 2024 Media Awards and also made it to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 Asia list.
