Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has issued a heads-up to motorists about potential traffic slowdowns at a major intersection in the city due to scheduled road works.
According to the RTA, road improvement projects will be carried out at the intersection of Sheikh Rashid Street and Al Mina Street starting 1 a.m. on Friday, May 30, and will continue until 5 a.m. on Tuesday, June 3.
To ease congestion and avoid delays, drivers are encouraged to take alternate routes. The RTA recommends using Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah Street, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street, Jumeirah Street, Kuwait Street, or 2nd of December Street.
The authority also urged all road users to plan ahead, follow road signs, and remain cautious when navigating the area during this period.
