Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has released the adjusted operational hours for public services during the Eid Al Adha break, in observance of the Islamic year 1446H.
All Customer Happiness Centres will temporarily close during the holiday, with the exception of the Smart Customer Happiness Centres in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, and the RTA Head Office, which will continue operating around the clock.
Technical testing and service provider centres will also be closed from June 5 to 7. Limited testing services will resume at selected locations—including Tasjeel Al-Tawar and Al-Awir—on June 8, with full operations across all centres scheduled to resume on June 9.
Public transport services will follow extended holiday schedules. Dubai Metro’s Red and Green lines will run from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM daily between June 4 and 7, while the Dubai Tram will operate from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM during the same period.
As for intercity travel, the E100 bus route between Al Ghubaiba and Abu Dhabi will be suspended from June 4 to 8. Commuters heading to the capital are advised to use Route E101 from Ibn Battuta instead. Meanwhile, Route E102 will operate directly from Al Jafiliya Bus Station to Zayed International Airport.
Public parking will be free from June 5 to 8, excluding multi-level parking facilities.
The RTA encourages residents to use the S’hail app for real-time updates on bus schedules and service changes throughout the holiday.
