To ensure a safe and relaxing experience for families this Eid Al Adha, Dubai Municipality has announced that four popular public beaches will be reserved exclusively for family use. The designated beaches include Jumeirah 2, Jumeirah 3, Umm Suqeim 1, and Umm Suqeim 2.
The move comes as part of efforts to manage high visitor turnout during the long holiday weekend, which begins on Thursday, June 5, marking the Day of Arafah, with Eid Al Adha falling on Friday, June 6. Residents are expected to enjoy a four-day break.
By assigning specific beaches to families, the municipality aims to provide a more secure, comfortable, and enjoyable environment, especially as crowds swell during festive periods. The same approach was adopted during last year’s holiday, earning positive feedback from beachgoers across the city.
