Dubai Police has recognized Humaid Adel Mohammad Abdullah Obaid for securing first place at the Applied Technology High School in Sharjah, celebrating his academic excellence in the 2024–25 academic year.
Humaid, whose father is Corporal Adel Mohammad from the General Department of Logistics Support, was among the UAE’s highest achievers in the general stream, making his family and the police force proud.
Major-General Dr Ahmed Zaal bin Kreshan Al Muhairi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief for Financial and Administrative Affairs, personally presented the award and lauded the student’s discipline and commitment. He also extended warm congratulations to Humaid’s family and wished him continued success as he steps into higher education.
Elham Ahli, Head of the Happiness and Positivity Team at the department, emphasized that the recognition is part of a larger initiative to celebrate academic excellence within families linked to the police force. “This initiative aligns with the Year of Community, which aims to strengthen family ties and social values,” she noted.
Across the UAE, government bodies regularly honor exceptional high school students to promote academic achievement and reinforce the importance of education as a pillar of national development. Dubai Police continues to play an active role in these community-focused efforts.
