Dubai’s public parking operator Parkin has introduced a new 24/7 paid parking zone in Al Khail Gate, marking another step in its push to expand regulated parking across the city. The newly designated area, named Zone 365N, took effect on July 7 and charges a flat daily rate of AED 30.
Zone 365N operates around the clock, including weekends, as part of Parkin’s wider rollout of consistent parking rules citywide. The new zone follows the emirate’s variable rate structure, with rates starting from AED 4 for one hour and increasing gradually up to the AED 30 cap for a full day.
This latest addition comes just months after Parkin launched other paid parking zones in Mirdif — specifically Zone 251C for on-street parking and 251D for off-street parking — both of which follow the same tiered tariff model.
Parkin has also recently introduced subscription-based parking plans in key residential and commercial areas like Silicon Oasis, Dubai Hills, and Wasl Real Estate Communities. Monthly rates begin at AED 300, offering residents a more flexible and budget-friendly alternative to daily charges.
