Emirates has officially opened its newly redesigned First Class check-in area, “Emirates First,” at Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport, promising a more refined, private, and luxurious experience for its First Class passengers and Skywards Platinum members.
The upgraded space blends comfort and elegance, offering a dedicated private area complete with plush seating, marble and wooden finishes, soft ambient lighting, and Emirates’ signature gold accents. Guests are greeted at a grand golden entrance and assisted by dedicated hosts for a seamless and tranquil check-in process.
Adel Al Redha, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Operating Officer, emphasized the airline’s customer-centric investments:
“We invest heavily in upgrading our ground products, and Emirates First is one of the areas that will offer a unique and private environment to our First Class customers and Skywards Platinum members,” he said. “We know our customers value privacy and convenience, and this will provide another level of hospitality to the check-in experience.”
Passengers can complete check-in formalities while seated, using iPads handled by staff, while families can stay relaxed in the lounge-style waiting area. Travelers preferring traditional service can head to the sleek brass-and-marble counters, with baggage sent off via exclusive First Class belts.
Following check-in, customers enjoy fast-track access through security and immigration, and entry into Emirates’ First Class lounges, which offer gourmet meals, premium drinks, spa treatments, and concierge shopping.
