Dubai residents can look forward to extended park hours and enhanced services at public facilities as part of the city’s celebration of Eid Al Adha. The announcement comes after the UAE confirmed June 5 to 8, 2025, as public holidays, with work resuming on June 9.
Dubai Municipality has adjusted operating schedules across parks, sports areas, and popular attractions to accommodate the festivities. Residential parks and neighborhood squares will be open daily from 8am until midnight, while sports walkways will welcome visitors as early as Fajr prayer.
Key leisure destinations such as Zabeel Park, Creek Park, Al Mamzar, Al Safa, and Mushrif Park will operate from 8am to 11pm. Mushrif Park’s mountain bike track and walking trail will have earlier access, open from 5am to 6pm.
Visitors to Quranic Park can explore its serene surroundings from 8am to 10pm, with the Cave of Miracles and Glass House operating between 9am and 9pm. The iconic Dubai Frame will be accessible from 8am to 9pm throughout the break, while Children’s City will open from 9am to 8pm on weekdays, and from 2pm to 8pm on weekends.
To support public health during the holiday, the Municipality also announced operational readiness at the city’s four official abattoirs—Al Qusais, Al Quoz, Al Lisaili, and Hatta. These facilities will run from 7:30am to 4:00pm daily and are equipped with veterinary inspections, licensed butchers, and sanitation systems.
Residents are encouraged to use smart platforms for booking services and home delivery. The Municipality also reminded the public to avoid illegal slaughtering, noting that regulated livestock markets are prepared to handle up to 80,000 animals during the holiday period.
