Fourteen injured in school bus collision on Shaikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road

A road accident involving two school buses traveling from Ajman to Sharjah left 14 people injured on Monday, June 9. The incident, which occurred on Shaikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, involved 13 children between the ages of 6 and 12, along with one teacher.

Emergency responders from National Ambulance arrived on the scene within 13 minutes, swiftly managing the situation and ensuring prompt medical assistance.

The injured students, all of Pakistani nationality, were taken to Al Qassimi Hospital in Sharjah and Khalifa Hospital in Ajman. Three were treated and later discharged from Al Qassimi, while the remaining were either treated on-site or admitted to Khalifa Hospital for further care.

In a statement, National Ambulance emphasized its dedication to improving emergency response and delivering high-quality pre-hospital care as part of its ongoing mission to safeguard the community.
